Our company has officially released the JL-FD11-2 silent folding door hardware system, an all-round fitting solution for custom furniture cabinet.

It fits mirror cabinets, base cabinets, wall cabinets and corner cabinets, resolving common pain points of traditional sliding doors including wasted storage space, complicated installation and loud slamming noise.

Equipped with soft-close buffered hinges, the system delivers quiet and gentle closing — a light single-finger push enables the door to shut smoothly without harsh impact. 

 

Compatible with 18–20mm wooden door panels, it holds a load of 16–18KG per fold and supports 2-door, 4-door and multi-panel folding layouts.

 

It perfectly matches handle-less minimalist cabinet designs to cut furniture manufacturing costs.

 

Its standout advantage lies in two installation ways with one single aluminum track, no panel grooving required: 

 

the track can be mounted externally on cabinet top

(for maximum inner space)

 

at cabinet bottom (suitable for base cabinets)

 

No extra upper/lower tracks are needed, highly universal fittings speed up factory production and on-site assembly, shortening delivery cycles.
